[The 8th Something]

It lacks of more elements imo. You could have used a bass, some hi-hats, etc... Don't fear adding stuff to your tracks, as long as you don't overwhelm them that's fine.

Sorry Chrome Music Lab is limited to 3 octaves and 16 bars (that's what they call it) so I couldn't add bass, flats, or sharps to the song. Hopefully, you understand.

If you want you can remix it to a better song than the current version.

The kick has a weird stereo issue. I really like the melody. The bass is a bit cheap, I suggest you to design more professional ones or get some presets. It's up to you but I find it a bit slow for a trance tune. There's too many structure changes imo, progressive songs got long parts to use the listener, here it changes too often according to me.

Not bad tho, keep it up!

It lacks of sidechain to make the track bouncier. The vocal is a bit loud but it's really cool. Watch out, the master is overcompressed. Did you use FL Mobile? The melody sounds random, it's hard to remember. The progression has something tho. It's a little bit too much progressive, it's hard to follow the structure.

Spooky :0. Maybe try to balance the frequencies a little bit better, there's too much sub bass in here. Also I wouldn't recommend putting reverb on sub frequencies, that creates muddiness. Try to add sidechain and maybe to do a full song next time!

I really like the intro. The melody sounds a bit random in the end of the intro theme. The drums sounds like loops, you should use a more powerful kick and snare (even tho the snare is fine for an intro) and I find the hats unrelated and a bit loud. The intro is pretty long without too many variations. It lacks of sidechain. The track feels a bit empty sometimes, a powerful drop would solve that problem by minimizing the other parts. Avoid putting 2 melodies together, that sounds messy. Try to apply the same bus effects on your instruments like reverb, delay so it sounds uniform. Buildups leading to breakdown is a crime dude X).

Thank you for your feedback and criticism. I support any score, even if it is small. The main thing is that there should be a detailed criticism, for which I thank you, Ahurac. And now to your advice. Dude, the problem is that sidechain and mixing with mastering is a very difficult topic for me, which I'm trying to master right now. I have prooblems with two ears, they do not hear well. I apologize for the mess with the melodies, I didn't quite understand about the powerful kick and snare, like how much more powerful so that the ears are crushed?! And I repeat, there are no samples in the track, I just did it once and got warning, the track was removed from Newgrounds. Well, this is not a dance or something like that. A powerful drop is not necessary here.

Same criticism as on your other song, the drums are a bit cheap. I don't really like the synth but the melody played is very cool. Be careful at your master it's dang overcompressed, especially when you got these transition crashes and noises. The arp in the second part hits some wrong notes, I would tweak it up a bit.

Well, it just so happened. I got a huge buzz when creating this track. No matter how bad the rating was, I'm still glad that my tracks began to be criticized. And about 14.500 listens… I just released a track, I go in 2 hours later, and I have 3,000 auditions and in the morning I have accumulated 13,000. I was shocked myself! Honestly, I have no idea what happened and why this track took off so much.
